Grand Traverse Plaza, near Brownwood Paddock Square.
This hotel restaurant, bearing Wolfgang's name, is expected
to offer made-from-scratch
meals for diners. Salads,
Pizza, Noodles, Sandwiches
and other international
dishes are expected, espe-
cially Italian and Asian in
style. A Full bar is expected.
Opening date will probably
be in 2020. This hotel run by the Amway Hotel Corp. of Grand Rapids, MI.

Time Out Market in Miami, will have 17 food concepts and also
three bars when it debuts sometime in 2018. There will be Miami restaurant vets in these concepts. Jose Mendin of Pubbelly will serve Latin dishes. Executive Pastry Chef Maria Orantes, who is also of the Pubbelly group, will open a spot called BUHT-ER serving a
variety of desserts.

The fast casual, beach-themed bur- rito restaurant Go Burrito announced the expansion of the franchise into a new market: Florida. The Salisbury, North Carolina-based brand will open four franchised stores throughout the coastal state during the next two years, starting in Ocala. The fast casual burrito restaurant hopes to replicate its loyal Salisbury customers closer to the ocean.
The multi- unit agreement opens the brand to a fitting mar- ket. “We have a popular concept
with extremely loyal customers, and we have found the perfect fit for our next ex- pansion,” said Mikey Wetzel, owner of the parent, franchising company, Go Ventures, Inc. “Our restaurant combines burritos and beer with the beach, so Florida is a natural fit,” added Wetzel. The Salisbury store will celebrate its fifth an- niversary in February of 2018 and still maintains the same chill coastal vibe.
The Florida locations are still being considered, but early indications point to Ocala, a second location in Marion County, Lake City, and Gainesville. www.goburrito.com.
